In The Club - Boutique Hotel by Harry's Hospitality

Evoking a new perspective on Singapore’s rich history and heritage with its stately white-washed façade and chic detailing, the 22-room design-led establishment is in good company among the fashion and design in-crowd nestled in the Ann Siang Hill and Club Street district.

The play on “east meets west” and “yesterday and today”, is apparent within the property dating back to the 1900’s as it aims to offer the modern, discerning traveller, an alternative respite from ‘the obvious and overstated’. The Club is for those who want to be a part of and appreciate the city they are visiting.

Creating avant-garde experiences for its guests from lobby to room, hotel guests are first greeted by an oversized statue of Sir Stamford Raffles with his concealed head “in the clouds” as a tongue-in-cheek reference to his grand plans for colonial Singapore; while old-school terrazzo flooring, refashioned Chinese wood-carvings and antique pendant lamps pepper the hotel’s shared spaces.

The designer experience is extended to the ensuite bathrooms which are decked out in striking black and white and sleek purpose-built furnishings.

Completing the experience is a selection of three culinary experiences that includes the cosy 36-seater Tapas restaurant in the heart of the hotel; the alfresco Terrace featuring New World Mediterranean cuisine and the full-service Sky Bar/Garden where a fine selection of premium drinks are to be enjoyed with a stunning rooftop view.

An excellent venue for rest, play and work, the club also offers versatile event spaces that will suit both formal and informal occasions. Perfect for corporate functions, Ann Siang 1 and 2 on the ground floor are two spacious interconnecting event rooms outfitted with the latest conference facilities. If a more casual setting is desired, the breezy Sky Garden (connected to the Sky Bar), with arguably the best views of Singapore, is available for private hire.
