Ladies, the biggest and most spectacular event of the year is, sadly, over... But can we just say we had such a blast!
Ferrari racer, Fernando Alonso, bagged the championship last night with a timing of 1:58:53.579! Following closely behind was Sebastian Vettel (for Red Bull) at just 0.2 seconds later! The second-runner position went to Mark Webber (also for Red Bull).

Also dramatic, was a twist that took place in the closing laps when Heikki Kovalainen’s Lotus came on to the main straight with the back of the car in flames. The Finn showed great sang-froid, however, to stop, get out, accept a fire extinguisher from a nearby marshal, and dousing the fire himself.
Song diva, Mariah Carey, who also invited a couple of guest performers to her show, closed the Grand Prix by entertaining everyone with her tunes that made it necessary to groove.
Traffic was surprisingly smooth over the weekend! Thank you for zipping down to Trixilini amidst the anticipated more-than-usual town-crowd this period, and great job to those of you who managed to nab last pieces from Yumi Kim!Song diva, Mariah Carey, who also invited a couple of guest performers to her show, closed the Grand Prix by entertaining everyone with her tunes that made it necessary to groove.
