Fronted by Chef Desmond Lee, who has had the honour of working with British celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, Braise is definitely more than just a pretty spot for beachfront dining. Housed in the old monorail station at the beach, an intimate ambiance is set with swaying palm trees and the relaxing sound of waves.
